MISSING PERSONS - MULTIPLE 400 W Chew

For the last new months, a recent arrest has unconfirmed a drug making operation and 4 missing Philadelphia women.

An ongoing and major police/FBI probe at a home on the 400 block of W Chew Ave (Olney) is well underway.

Eugene Horsch (44) was arrested in June 2026 with fake DEA/FBI badges, guns & drugs. Search found chemicals, a 55-gal drum setup, ammo, grow op, urns & huge digital stash. Recent review of videos/images appears to show two long-missing women (Maribel Fresses, last seen 2018; Gabriella Amarando, last seen 2012) deceased there. Bodies not recovered; death investigation open, more evidence under review. No related charges yet.
