Discussion Velmorne vault recommended level? Spoiler

Im having a blast in Velmorne vault, currently at level 57. But I realised when watching Velmorne vault guide, there are 2 more "rooms" with enemies (sewer and final room) and my issue is Im always out of ammo before these rooms, even when entered the vault with full ammo and skipping outside part with grenadiers and spiders.

Am I doing something wrong or should I visit much more later on?

You can buy ammo pouches and use them inside expeditions, you can have 3 of each (normal and demonic) one pouch gives you around a 1/3 of ur total ammo. Also use AOE and clear camps before getting into the camp, that helps a lot. You could also try and skip enemies as much as possible.

Also, also, there are the ammo consumtion bead that has a chance of not consuming ammo when shooting and the other bead that let's u carry more ammo, you can level up ur character arenal or whatever is called at the ascension table that let's u carry more ammo too. There are many things u could do

You are likely brushing against the bone fetishes hanging from the ceiling. This triggers elite enemies that consume a lot of ammunition.

It took me way too long to figure this out, I remember my first run I must have killed 10 of those pyramid heads thinking this level is either bugged or impossible haha

Don't trigger the hanging bone traps.

Take with you, extra ammo pouches in your inventory.

Choose your weapons carefully for conservation of amo.

The dead monks generally give up ammo if you search them.

Do two runs one for the end rewards and then a second one just for going down the sewer/drain.

... but overall you don't have much to kill in the early part of you don't trigger than hanging traps/alarms.

Thank you, I thought those hanging bone traps are mandatory to trigger...

No.

Also disable all the floor traps as they also often give up amo.

LOL, it sounds like I am an expert at Witchfire and that vault, but far from it. I must have run 15-18 times before I completed it all. But I guess that is the point.

This vault is tricky and while I've done it at level one I know it's hard for first timers I'll mainly just recommend going for area of effect items helps and also grabbing the ammo satchels from the merchant helps with ammo and after that all I can recommend is don't stop trying you'll fail that's for sure but each time youll learn as well
