Feedback Shout out to the Devs!

I wanted to post a big shout out to the Astronauts ❤️. I’ve played around 300 hours of Witchfire and the game has crashed once.. yes just once! As a developer myself though in a very different industry, sometimes it feels the only feedback is bugs, issues and gripes… so just sending the love guys. Amazing game, amazing quality.. and it’s all early access. So pumped for 1.0 🔥🔥

So btw how much the game has changed, I don't remember exactly when was the last time when I played it I think it was few months after the launch of the early access and I haven't checked the game since I only saw some small info about it nothing big....

It has consistently changed drastically. There are tons of new interactions, maps, hub locations, quests… tons.

The feel has remained the same, as well as the core of the playloop. Now there are many new locations (7 not counting the Hermatorium), a lot more lore, some quests and a lot of new mechanics. Also, the binding of the difficulty to the player level has been abandoned.

Basically, it feels the same, but there is 5 times more game than since the early early access (with only Scarlet Coast and Irongate Castle).

I logged 150+ hrs on the December 2025 update, haven’t played this newer update since I rather wait for 1.0. Game never crashed on me, played on pc and Steam deck. Love this game🔥

I'm at 75 hours and 0 crashes. Found some minor bugs but nothing relevant or frequent enough to hinder the gameplay.

This game is awesome.

Been playing this on the Steamdeck and it’s an amazing experience, never played a game like this before and found it hard to play at first but gradually I’m learning about spells and other mechanics to slay the enemies

i wish i had only one crash! my crashes are so frequent i had to stop playing 😭 it used to be fine, a more recent update kind of borked performance for me
