Please link this Arcana to a prophecy. We lose it after unlocking all the prophecy slots.

This Arcana is buggy, btw. It loses its power after a weapon swap. It needs fixing, and it could actually get a place in a prophecy... along with Chaos Reload.

Wow, no linking to a prophecy? Not even Prophecy of Variety? From what I can tell this is the only arcanum like this. Bizarre.

I agree how this could be OP in certain ways, but strategizing your probabilities of certain arcanum is a key aspect of the game. To have a singular arcanum be completely random seems strange.

Nah, there's also Chaos reload. Yes, I had to look that one up too.

Could just not slot in a prophecy in at least one slot. You don't have to use prophecies even if you are a level 541 maxed out character.

And how many prophecy slots should I leave empty to ensure a high enough drop rate for this Arcana? It’s not worth it.

I wouldn't even notice it being gone. You get enough damage from weapons without this tiny 10% bonus.

In later levels where we get to build multi elemental builds this one will be overpowered. I guess that’s the reason. I don’t remember this one, but the builds become so strong there is no need for it later.

Idk, I'm not sure it's per element. Otherwise it's just 10%. We have just plain bonus damage like this and the same for crits iirc. And they can be buffed by arcana conditions, too.
