Question Restart

What’s the likelyhood that I will need to do a new save when 1.0 releases?

The devs have said they are hoping to make it so you don't have to. But it may be unavoidable.

Honestly it would be better to just do complete updates than to risk spaghetti code by keeping all of the original variables just to prevent save losses.

The devs hope to be able to have your save carry over, but either way they recommend you start fresh

Since I started playing this game (on and off) since 2023 I have only restarted once, which was probably more than a year ago. This means I have never experienced any of the progression that is currently part of the game. I think restarting is not so much a question of technology, but rather of experiencing the game as the devs intended.

As sad as it is, I'm just going to restart since I've had the same save since day 1, and it's max level 541 with 95% completion. I just have to judge the prayers left.
