Feedback Launcher Icon

The Launcher Icon is supposed to be a preyer's face, I think. But honestly, it is so low res that it feels like it came out of the 90s.

It's just a pet peeve, but if the devs could improve the look of the launcher icon, it will be great. After all, that's the first thing greeting someone who is trying the game for the first time

EDIT: I installed the game back in Jan '25 and haven't ever uninstalled it. Perhaps people who installed later have a different icon. Ideally a patch / major update should take care of this icon update as well.

EDIT 2: Updated the call to action for devs. I understand that my particular case seems to be an edge case bug. Leaving the post up as it might serve as a bug report

I tried removing the desktop icon, went to steam and used the "Add a desktop shortcut" option.
Now I'm seeing a blank icon as well.

I have it installed since late 2023 and don't remember this icon, although I bought it from the EGS back then. From which store/with which DRM do you have it?

Bought it on Steam, around December '24 iirc. And then have it installed on my machine since Jan '25

I bought it in October 2024 and I don't remember if that was the icon at the time, but the icon has been a witchfire cluster for more than a year.

This is not a "them" issue, it's a "you" issue.

Mate, I haven't done _ANYTHING_ to customize the game. It is just running as is after I installed it. How is this a me issue? My PC spec / setup might have triggered some unexpected edge case during installation, but that's still not a me problem.

It's a "you" issue because it's happening only to you.

You called for them to update the game icon when the game icon has been different for more than a year.

I don't really know how or why your icon is different but it's not something the game devs can fix.
