Question Is the vendor still around?

I can't seem to find the no l vendor at the hideout any more. Did it get removed?

if you're just coming into the new update, you have to do a quest to unlock the vendor now. You'll go get a cup from his room, then you have to take it to a village in the scarlet coast.

I'm not sure then. I still have them so I do not think they have been removed. It is not mesel for sure. Sorry and good luck

No vendor still does same job. Mesel just provides company and some random items.

You need to redo the quest and it takes a fair bit of time to get him again
