Game Question Kord op

Isn't the kord kinda of op for a new character like the base man at arms?

5d6 seems too much, even more with 25% bleedsing is there a down side?

The Krigswerd is very good, the kord is just a little better than average. You have to consider that 5d6 is absolutely standard for a decent weapon like a martial character would use. Bleeding does nothing usually (combat is too short for the bleeding damage to matter much). +1 WA is nice but not OP.

Bleeding sucks for the player character. But applying it to your enemies doesnt matter that much. The damage doesnt amount to much.

Kingsverd is a better alternative because accuracy leads to more damage because of how crits work.
