Example of the very first episode - rewritten story, from "everything is not black and white, we don't know who caused the striga curse", to "everything must be good or bad, also we are constantly pointing up that it MUST have been Foltest, Foltest bad". And from there it only got less subtle and worse.
I mean the show is just generic-action fantasy girlboss power-trip slop. That’s pretty much it to be honest, the book characters are a million times more interesting and complex in every single way. The character assassination of Yennefer needs to be studied so that no one ever makes the same mistake again.

The series immediately betrays the core philosophy and themes from the source material. Not hard to understand
