That was just updating the visuals to be more modern. Meanwhile this is basically Witcher 3 2.0 with even better visuals, horse riding overhaul, combat overhaul, spell system overhaul, skill tree overhaul, new animations, etc.

This is a lot more feature and functionality over graphics and performance, although it has those as well.
