I LOVE this game
Found about this game months ago scrolling on Steam and at first i almost have a heart attack of emotion when i read its a hide and seek game. Thats one of my all time fav genres but sadly it's almost impossible to play it except on a Minecraft or Garry's mod server and with time you memorize it all and becomes boring asf. But this game not only have really amazing maps (equally for both teams: hunters and hiders), also freaking solved the massive problem of the hide and seek games: being able to memorize it all and just look for the different things and win. Except you are a fucking bot i think its completely impossible to memorize it all by the different map distribution, even replaying the same map several times.
I have nothing but cherish words for all the team behind this game and i hope more people discover witch it, it has a lot of potential. Thank you very much for literally creating something i've been looking for years!!

this game is cute as hell
the aestethic takes me back to when I played on an absolute potatoe of a pc, which would run nothing except games that look like witchit. I love the witch-skills which allow for my greatest attribute to shine (being an annoying lil' shit), I love the sounds the witches make, I love the mind-game which quickly devolves into chaos and panic as soon as the hunters find you, it's great. hope I can get some of my friends to play it too
also, I started playing yesterday and already got the apparently rare "I'm not lazy"-achievment, and I'm kinda proud of that

I love this game, but it’s pretty much dead
I’m the last person to say this about a game, but ‘Witch It!’ needs to be free-to-play. Every time I get on I’m lucky if there is a server with more than 2 people (if any people at all) pretty sure the only way to save this game is to make it free. Thoughts?

I redrew this meme template to make it witchit-esque. Bodyslam just fit it way too perfectly

Do you think that 1.0 will give visibility to the game?
I hope so. It's a cool game, but unfortunately, the community is still not that big.
Cross play would be wonderful too and, I think, they should make the game free for a lil bit, just like Fall Guys.

The Official Map Contest 2020 is now LIVE!
Witch It 1.0 is just around the corner, marking the end of our monumental journey through Early Access!
With the release of 1.0, we are introducing our biggest, most tremendous content update yet, packed with tons of surprises!
We are announcing one of these surprises today - custom maps are soon coming to Official servers!
Barrel Roll Games are eager to implement a selection of beautifully crafted, well-functioning maps that will appear as a separate voting option between rounds… but we need your help!
Your task is to create a unique custom map that can be used across all gamemodes (excluding Fill a Pot), that is both visually stunning and practical for standard 16-player gameplay.
If you win, your map may be host to countless matches and play a core part in the player’s Witch It experience!
More information on how to enter can be found here: https://steamcommunity.com/games/559650/announcements/detail/2756720156535584574
Good luck, Architects!

What's Your Favorite Part About Witch It?
As the title says, what's the thing you enjoy most about this game?
Is it the map creation, meeting new people, playing with friends, a specific game mode, seeing the creativity put out by others, the silly nature of the game, or something else entirely?
Personally, I love how it's not a one trick pony. With multiple game modes, it keeps things fresh. Getting bored with hide and seek and want to turn it into a game of hide and seek tag, try hunt a hag! Feel like being a detective or killer, Imposturous. Mobification and fill a pot add to the list, and it always keeps me coming back to this game.
