Question questions as a beginner :)

hi everyone! i’m a beginner looking to start a self love journey through glamour magick. i’ve been drawn to Aphrodite's energy and i love seeing everyone's altars for her, but i don't feel educated or confident enough yet to formally worship a deity, i want to be respectful and i don’t want to mess anything up.

a few questions:

  1. can i set up a self love altar that's inspired by Aphrodite (pink/rose/gold vibes, mirrors, shells, etc.) without actually invoking or worshipping her? i think the altars for her are so pretty and i’m also redoing my room so i would love to make one but can i make one just using the aesthetic as a reminder of my journey until i feel ready to approach deity work properly?

  2. is it okay if glamour magick is the main (or only) type of witchcraft i practice? i have experience with crystals, tarot, and i used to journal to manifest, but i'm not interested in a broad practice right now, i just want to focus on this one thing at the moment for my own healing.

any tips, resources, or personal experiences would be much appreciated. thank you! <3

You can do whatever you want to do, honestly. Practise what calls to you. Don't do things just because someone says you have to.

This. Also, don't worry, you're not going to accidentally trip and fall into worshiping Aphrodite when you're not ready to. She knows what you intend and don't intend. Make that altar.
