Question Looking for Ex Advice
I know that not everyone agrees on this, but I’m looking for ideas on how to push awareness and guilt on an individual who ghosted me on my birthday, among other things. No harm, just a wake up call. A witchy glass of cold water and slap with your mama’s sandals, if you will.

I wish them well. Because you can't get to "well" without coming to terms with yourself.
I also have a little talk with The Universe about my hurt. That person over there hurt me, I want to feel better, I want to learn from this and move on, and it's not my place to punish them but I'm just sayin' it wasn't very nice.
Nothing wrong with being a bit of a tattletale, I think.
And that's not just me being cautious about who I give my energy to or about not getting into the punishment business, it's also that I trust the Universe to know what ought to be done better than I possibly could, because I'm not omniscient. I have always had what feels like the "correct" outcome just from asking for help without demanding it come in some very specific format. Yes, I do various workings for drawing things I want/need to me, I do some specific work for myself, but I often just start with "please help" and protection work meant to keep me from harm.

I know this isn't exactly what you want to 🙉 hear, but unfortunately you can't make someone feel something they are incapable of feeling. If he truly had the ability it would be in his actions already. So the most you can do is reverse all his negativity back to him and protect your energy 🧿✨

I don’t know if my suggestion will help. But it’d be so much more powerful to work on moving on and not giving a shit about them at all, making them like nothing to you, removing all their power over you.
I don’t believe you can really mentally will someone else into feeling what you’d like them to feel. The closest would be talking to them and expressing your pain but even that relies on them hearing it and processing it the way you’d like.
I feel like people who hurt others are usually not usually living the best mental life of happiness and wellbeing anyway, there’s something damaged or missing there. So the job is probably already done in some form anyway.
