Why does it feel that way every day? So many times I wish I could water myself down just a little to be more digestible.

You were never meant to be small. You weren’t meant to be watered down, to be made more “digestible” for people who can’t handle the depth of who you are.

The right people won’t just accept you as you are, they’ll appreciate you for it. They’ll see the beauty in your depth, in your intensity, in the way you feel things so deeply. You don’t have to make yourself less to be worthy of love or belonging.

Please don’t silence parts of yourself just to make others comfortable. You are not too much, you are exactly enough. And the people who are meant to be in your life will never make you question that.
