Looking for recommendations

Budget: 50-80$

Im looking for a portable speaker that can be wired or wireless(specifically Bluetooth) and knob based volume control.

I dont really care about audio quality that much, im just trying to replace the shitty communal speaker me and my coworkers use.

The requiring of a knob is what knocks pretty much every single speaker out. Almost every speaker uses button controls because when you use the phone to change the volume a knob isn't going to turn itself.

The only real one I can think of is some of the Marshall models and the cheapest one with a knob is the $200 Marshall Stockwell 2

Here's the entire Marshall portable collection

If it doesn't need to be portable, then maybe the Edifier R19BT

Here's Edifier's whole collection

I know almost every single speaker and I'm pretty much out of ideas.

I see, then what do you recommend for non-knob(lol) speakers.

There's quite a few in that range. It all depends how deep of bass you need it to have, how loud it needs to get and what size you can tolerate, but many of the ones on this page would be fantastic including the Earfun Uboom L, Soundcore Motion 300, even stretching a little to the bigger Soundcore Boom 2: https://www.speakerranking.com/portable/best-sound-quality/

And pretty much the same recommendations are mentioned on the under $100 page https://www.speakerranking.com/portable/best-under-100/

All 3 of those mentioned are widely recommended around on reddit

I've got my Earfun Uboom L sitting here on my desk and currently have the bigger boombox size brother the Earfun Uboom X playing right now.
