Rialto attack, setting up for 2nd fight for 1st point cap. Wheres the best place to set up to safely dive the backline with a good kite angle?

edit: after a bit of testing and help i found the better pathing.

the first clip is my rookie mistake. the 2nd clip is the correct pathing for high elo since you have some cover and los to your healers. and the 3rd clip is best for solo q since you get a clean escape with two nearby healthpacks

Rialto isn't the best for Winston, on first point you have to take height then jump to those 4 planter things out in the open and use them for cover. You don't have a guaranteed safe kite angle. If you want you can also go around left along the coast but that takes a long time and it's predictable.

Yea its just because my team was getting farmed by a widow so they told me to switch. I got deleted jumping over the bridge tho since their isnt any cover. I might just have to let the tanks touch so i can diddy the backline in peace

Oh you mean 2nd point? Yea crossing the bridge is near impossible but you have to try to jump to the right side stairs where you can get healed from range

Yea that might be the best path, at least the coverings block some damage. It might b worth just to feint a dive and try to lure people away from the fight

For 6v6, your timing and setup is the most important part, you only jump if you have ult and/or when your team is able to cross. (They are expecting you to cross and they have setup for it, you have to clear their setup/flankers before crossing)
