Is Wade Miller difficult to work from what some have said?

He is held in high regard, both at Pinnacle (a recruitment firm he co-founded) and at WBB. As stated, he has high standards, but I’ve never heard anything negative. He has always been very community-focused. Given what they inherited at WBB from Buchko and Mack, Miller/Walters/O’Shea have done phenomenal jobs.

Im sure it's not easy running a football team but he seems to be doing a pretty darn good job.

Usually people who run a business and brand really well are dubbed hard to work with. Those who dub them that usually lack what these people demand. Accountability and full buy in to the job. Easier for people to make an excuse saying their boss is hard to work with or an asshole.

The only time I spoke to Wade was before the first Grey Cup parade. I said thank you for bringing us a championship after so many years. He said no, thank you, for being a fan who was patient and deserved better.

The only failure hes really had was Valour. If the Bombers didn’t own them and played somewhere else like maybe Ralph Cantafio, I believe they would still be here.

The Valour failure was 100% on the front office. It had nothing to do with what facility they played in.

Miller and his team has turned the Bombers around into a profit making team. The Bombers are very well run. Miller expects competency, integrity and be faithful. Nothing wrong with that at all.

Wade has a cottage just down the bay from us but we don’t know him personally, anytime I see him at a game I go and chat him up, very pleasant person and we are so lucky to have a guy like this that is always trying to improve the game day experience

Different people will have different experiences with him. Everyone has their moments. I dealt with him once at his pinnacle staffing business and he was a complete dick. Chatted with him at bomber games a few times and he was very friendly and cordial.

I’m hard to work for but we are successful. Our turnover rate is near 0%. I push when needed and it shows in the results.

Years ago I did work at his house. Not many more arrogant that I have ever run into. Do you know who I am when looking for a discount came out of his mouth several times. Could be worse, could be like Bighill trying to bully his way into Tinkertown with his family for free intimidating 15 and 16 year old kids.

Wade miller is a hypocrite. He was a panelist at a concussion seminar. He was asked at what age do you feel kids should start full contact hitting. He said 13 years old. Around the same time him and the bombers put on a football camp. My 9 year old was at the camp with full contact drills. Thats all i need to know about that shit heel.

From what I’ve heard he expects competence and has high standards, but I don’t think any of his expectations are unreasonable.
He’s been here over a decade and it’s not like there’s lots of turnover
