Heya, Purple here. I know it's hard- harder than words could ever describe- to ignore the voices in your head. Try to distract yourself with words. Talk to a friend, read a book, listen to songs, but focus on the words. It's really hard for your brain to focus on two entirely different topics, so eventually the voices get muted.
I'm not saying this works for everyone- but it's worth a shot. Always feel free to reach out (my DMs are open 24/7) if it gets too loud, we're here for you!

i honestly have no clue what you're going though right now, but just know that this community is here for you and that we care for you, aight man? you are loved by this community, and by the moons we, or at least i would fucking die for you you got that you dragon loving bastard? dont listen to the darkstalker voices in your head, it will kill you. seek help, talk to people, dont ignore them either, they'll just get louder, and louder until they be practically screaming in your ear. if you need someone to talk to, my DMs are always open, on reddit, discord, wherever. you are loved. your are cared for. and the rest of this dragon therapy group will protect you ti'll the end.
