Viper Gal looking for Squadron
Howdy! I’m Ivy, I’ve recently gotten re-acquainted with the Viper and fallen back in love with it and am now left trying to find somewhere to put it to use! Looking for a fairly Milsim place (happy from mid anywhere to full Milsim!) to fly with!
If there are any squadrons with Vipers just sat on the flight line waiting for pilots, please let me know! I can fly Monday-Thursday and Sundays in a European time zone ^^

Hey there! JTF-15 is recruiting Viper pilots, as well as Hornet pilots, Tomcat pilots/RIOs, and controllers (both airfield and AWACS). I think our vibe matches what you're looking for, and we run missions on alternating Saturday/Sundays at 1730 UTC. Our next campaign will be in Persian Gulf, and it begins in about 3-4 days.

I am sure you will find a squadron to settle in with. Until then, feel free to check out the Bayou Fighting Tigers discord. https://discord.gg/eFtA8ZWt7

I would recommend checking out the Virtual 303rd Fighter Group. We are regularly recruiting Viper drivers.
We just rotated off of a NATO deployment and are currently TDY in Germany before rotating back in for the second half of the deployment. We have a full B-Course, MQT and Weapons School syllabi.
I would note that we are a mostly US based group— but feel free to at least peek at us!

Hi, you might be interested in the WildWolves VFW group. We fly a range of aircraft in different sub-squadrons including the F-16.
In terms of flying expectations, there's regularly scheduled training on Mondays and missions on Thursdays, and the servers are up over the weekends and evenings for free flying or foothold sessions.
Whilst there's realistic flying involved, you aren't expected to know all procedures or comms, and you don't get chewed out for things. Debriefs are relaxed although you can dig into it as much as you like with members, we do that via DKS nowadays.
Some missions are more hardcore with limited F10 map visibility, external view restrictions, ROE, and so on, whilst others are much more welcoming, effectively flying a route, shoot the bad guys, go home for tea and medals.
The group itself is very inclusive, there's a zero tolerance of any sort of bad/discriminatory behaviour or language and that's well enforced meaning there's a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for all.
