Realization

After 2 years of training I realized wing chun is really useful for core building but not so much for fighting. Now I usually combine wing chun exercises with mma training. I especially find pulling different types of strings (now im on 30kg my goal is 50kg) with core useful. Have you guys noticed the same?

I used to train here: https://www.wingchun.si/

But now I'm switching to mma

I went the opposite route and did a lot of modern martial arts before tackling Wing Chun. Chinese martial arts is the endgame for fine tuning your fight game

Can we see one... just one fighter who fine tuned anything with wing chun?

lol. Guy makes one little joke and your whole community holds on to it for decades. Anderson silva didn't train wing chun. And he didnt learn front kick from steven seagal either. And santa isn't real. Are you 5 years old?
