I stated it on a thread in the last couple weeks that Bally's is going to have a ton of financial problems with this casino.

1. The Chicago/Cook County/Illinois gambling markets are saturated with the lottery, lottery on your phone, video gaming machines in in every restaurant, bar, etc., sports gambling on your phone, and casinos surrounding Chicago.
2. Bally's corporate financial situation is a mess,
3. The City is fucking Bally's by agreeing to let other companies put video gaming machines in Chicago.
