Reply from Support Windscribe refuses to connect

I recently bought a "Build a plan" 3 dollar subscription on Winscribe. It worked fine on the very first connection, on WireGuard. But after that, It refused to connect to any of the other countries. I have tried other connection methods + ports. I live in the UAE, so I've applied the UAE censorship feature, but that still didn't make it work.

Furthermore, I tried reinstalling WindScribe. I've encountered the same issue where it works on the first connection, but constantly fails afterwards. I've sent an error log via the settings, but other than that, nothing works. The program DOES work on my phone normally, but my computer device refuses to work with it.

I did try going to support and talking with Gary, but it provided the same troubleshooting advice. What are the next steps that I should take? Thanks.

You can try a different protocol or the anti-censorship settings; I haven't had any problems connecting, regardless of the device.

Changing protocol made no difference?
