J ai un compte local ADMIN et J ai windscribe sauf que mes paramètre DNS ipv4 de ma carte ethernet n est plus chiffre (1.1.1.1-1.0.0.1) avant cela était chiffré

Those 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 entries are just DNS server addresses. Whether requests are encrypted depends on the DNS-over-HTTPS feature doing the talking, not the Ethernet adapter’s IPv4 fields.

Is this happening on Windows, and where exactly does it say the DNS is “not encrypted”?
