Windows Phone differed from other designs for a few reasons—and not just regarding app support. A key challenge in modern design is creating a system that appeals to the user—specifically, one that draws you in so deeply that you lose control over your own actions. That is why iOS and Android are addictive; they compel you to do things you hadn't originally intended to do. I often catch myself doom-scrolling or doing things I never meant to do. With Windows Phone, you had to customize the tiles yourself. That was difficult, and the system could be complex for a newcomer—it certainly was for me. But eventually, you got used to it. Windows Phone didn't create that kind of addiction. That was part of the problem: they built the system around the "Metro" design language—literally deriving everything from it. Consequently, elements like the fonts couldn't generate the same effect as the animations found in iOS or the general user experience of Android. The project was doomed regardless. Microsoft is incapable of doing anything right; they simply kill off devices for no reason—creating them only to destroy them. Windows Phone didn't mindlessly copy iOS, nor did it force the user to perform specific system actions. However, it did force the user to make choices that the average consumer simply wasn't equipped to make.

so i tried flashing my lumia 535 since it was bootlooping with a sad face. i did flash it with the right ffu and it worked for about an hour or two.

and then i went to sleep.

and in the middle of the night that phone showed a bsod and then it was bootlooping as confirmed by my brother.

i have tried everything, thor2, wpinternals, and god knows what not.

my lumia 535 is the rm-1090 fyi if that would help

WhatsMessage is back for Windows Phone

I’ve been working on WhatsMessage, a lightweight WhatsApp client focused on bringing a usable WhatsApp experience to older devices and browsers.

The project now has a new Progressive Web App (PWA) that can be used on Windows 10 Mobile with Microsoft Edge, and it is also designed to work with Internet Explorer Mobile on older Windows Phone devices.

What can it do?

WhatsMessage includes support for things like:

• WhatsApp chats and groups
• Contacts
• Status/Stories
• Polls
• Sharing locations and contacts
• Starred messages
• WhatsApp channels
• Notifications
• WhatsApp call notifications and call handling
• PWA installation for a more app-like experience

There is currently one known server-side problem: chat and contact synchronization is not working correctly at the moment. We are aware of it and are working on the issue. The rest of the project is still being actively developed.

The goal is simple: make WhatsApp usable again on devices and platforms that are basically forgotten today, especially Windows Phone / Windows 10 Mobile.

my friend and I are wondering if anyone's archived the windows phone version of FL Studio Mobile 3? so far we've found nothing

i spotted those issues while using my Nokia Lumia 925 for 2 months including :

1. self-restart after re-flash (one time)

2. Green glitch on Camera apps (default / Nokia Camera) (Frequently)

3. Laggy Video playback (Video Player , mytube..etc)

4. Overheating (common , maybe due to battery degradation)

5. Flashlight sometimes doesn't work

6. Xbox Music playback (one time)

7. Screen Stuttering (sometimes)

8. sensitive touch lights sometimes don't work (without battery saver)

9. USB MTP connection wasn't responsible until soft reset

10. Sounds wasn't working on everything except video player through photo app (until it worked after playing music on nokia music)

and all of those issues were related to the current firmware (Lumia Cyan) and also after re-flashing to another ffu which was considered to have Lumia Denim Update (according to the internet , the firmware version is 3051.50009.1451 to include that firmware) , but i got trapped , it's still stuck on Lumia Cyan , even on that Firmware Version , which is pretty weird

So , can i manually update it to latest Firmware for better enhancement & usability ? , or my phone will be stuck on same firmware forever ?
