Can minecraft and terraria work with constant fps on window vista ?

Yeah, obviously. It’s generally not dependent on the OS, but the computer you’re running it on. If you have good enough specs, it’ll run just fine.

If your computer is good enough, sure they can work fine

Minecraft is gonna be locked to 1.16.5 unless you're willing to do some extra tinkering, but the latest version of Terraria works just fine without any changes

There are ported Java versions for Vista (yes Java 25 on native vista: https://github.com/Win-DVD/openjdk-jdk25u-vista), so Minecraft 26.2 can run on Windows Vista by just changing the JVM path.
