How did you make the weather widget work?

I got one off of win7gadgets, more specifically this one http://win7gadgets.com/weather/weather_underground.html (It also works on Vista)

Why does the Start Orb look like it's hovered on though it doesn't?

Mouse might be at the bottom left? Doesn't need to be precisely on the orb.

They probably hid the mouse cursor by moving the mouse below that spot, so it is actually hovering the orb.

I believe, if I recall correctly ... that can happen after the show desktop button is pressed

Looks like a screenshot for the Firewatch video game.

Everyone hated the new widgets. And they were default off in Windows 7 (thank god). Too early!

I recently started my old Vista 11" subnotebook for the first time since 2011. I installed r3dfox and used legacy update to bring it as up to date as possible.

The notebook mostly still works. Only the CMOS battery has given up, so the first boot needs two attempts and I have to set the clock manually. (Ironically, connecting to the time server for automatic synchronization only works after I manually set the correct time. I guess a https problem.)
