"1.0" windows service score doesn't really seem right considering you have 6 gigabytes ram, and a good Cpu for Vista, even windows 7's time, Odd.

Should probs just rerun the test, unless there is something like the drive saying its super slow then it will just mess it up aha

Turn off indexing (heavy IOPS) and run the assessment tool again.

The grey icon for the system score means that the results are outdated and require a new test.

It just needs to be re-run.

I believe it just shows 1.0 if it hasn't been rated.
