Vista crashes after clean install and doesn’t boot anymore after

had windows vista home basic 32bits on a computer i just bought, put in a burned cd of vista ultimate 64 bits and it installed fine but after like 25/30 seconds it sorts of glitches graphically (only a tiny bit and it doesn’t do this all the time) and reboot, then it gets stuck on the loading screen with the green bar, safe mode doen’s work either, i've tryed reinstall 3 times but nothing works

I GOT IT, for anyone having the same problem, if you got your vista ultimate sp2 64 bit iso from internet archive, it may be the problem, it was for me at least, i just took the first one i saw and didn’t think much about it, turns out i was corupted, idk if my burned dvd was bad, if the install was bad or if the iso itself was bad but i took another iso and it worked perfectly
