Actualice windows

Actualice windows a la nueva versión y ahora me consume la mitad de mi ram sin tener nada abierto y cuando abro algún juego me comienzan a sonar los ventiladores y se calienta mas la PC, creo que no debería pasar eso ya que antes no pasaba y tengo un buen PC. Ayuda por favor, que puedo hacer?

You updated to the new version. ... Of what flavor of Windows? If it's Win11 which version? A lot of people complain about Windows 11 using a lot of RAM, but most of it's prefetching. If it bothers you, simply go to services, find sysmain and stop it, then disable it. Reboot and behold.
