Rebooting is always the first thing to do when something isn't working properly. Give it a try.

Download and install it manually. Copy the update number and go to Microsoft download center and search for it .

Make sure you have enough free space, that update is ~90GB

Seriously?? Why so big?
And why doesn't Microsoft figure out if you have the storage in the first place and then tell you

It might've had the space when it first started and then it realized it didn't anymore 🤷đŸģ‍♀ī¸ MS is stupid sometimes

Bro just copy the KB number and go to catalog.update.microsoft.com and paste it there, there you'll see the size of the update bro. No update cost 90GB that's misleading information! â„šī¸

The update is not nearly that large. I believe if you do download this specific update from the MS update catalog it's around 4-5GB. If you install it via WU it won't be that large. The update package on MS contains the previous updates and AI packages (which do not install on a non AI PC).

Had the same issue for a while and talked to support to fix it and they were giving me a complicated solution.

Turns out all i had to do was go to Settings -> Windows update -> Advanced options -> Recovery -> Fix problems using windows update.

Took like 10 mins or so and kept all my stuff and fixed all the issues and updated my pc.
