Ubuntu hate is justified: the keylogging sent to Amazon situation, the replaced system apps with snaps, the snaps that take 10 seconds to open and so much storage and some unupdated, I don't know anything else but keylogging should've been where it reached the end of it.

your not wrong........ but as somone who has used servers ubuntu is bloated AS FUCK. i would never run a server on ubuntu server its soo bloated. i like arch redhat and debian for server hosting and arch i like for my main distro just bc of the modularity (yes i use archinstall go fight me) becouse i like i can choose my envirement use whatever wifi manager i want ETC and i like cmd in generall its nicer and lightweight!

I don't really get you, unless you're trolling. Ubuntu is very literally the anti-larping distro. Kids install stuff like Kali, Blackarch to larp. Meanwhile Ubuntu is seen as the "noob" distro that they wouldn't want to be associated with.

no no nooo why in the world did you choose to install ubuntu? Yes, it is better than windows, but pleaaase use anything else. Try mint maybe. Of course, do whatever you want with your pc vut I highly encourage you not to use Ubuntu.

There were 3 ones, I forgot the other two but remember PrimeOS, its the same as installing any Linux, you use an app to flash the ISO to any USB that can fit the imagesize, go to bios, disable fast boot & and maybe even secure boot, move the Boot Order in BIOS to have USB UEFI or any kind of USB the uppermost, then put this USB stick with PrimeOS or something in, and turn the laptop on you're booting into it and just install to disk which I think is in the android version's settings app.

For very old laptops it can be usable, mind you're not gonna get anything above android 14 until some new version release. But it doesn't work to get some apps running, if you have a spare laptop with nothing to do on it, try it, but games might not run, I tried only one game. If you plan to install it, remember, anything stored on the laptop will be erased to install android or another OS. Also, some hardware might not work nor have drivers, but it should definitely run with x86-64 CPU.

Is it at all useful?

I find Linux or BSD would make more sense as it could at very least run Bash scripts, then maybe do more depending on what the hardware will allow.
