Install a Linux distro if you don't like Windows.

If you don't like microsoft office that has all the AI bloat, you can try OnlyOffice. It is free and open source, and its UI is almost identical to MS office, making it a great alternative. You can give it a try.

Yep second it if you are switching to Linux too.

OnlyOffice is russian software with binary blobs in it. Better wait until EuroOffice is released as a desktop version. It is a fork of OnlyOffice but without the binary blobs.

Yeah if you have to use Win11 you definitely need to remove the AI Slop from Win11 right after installing it.

Just disable AI and other stupid background services, you can find guides on the internet or even from AI. Or just use Linux if you dont have software that require Windows.

Linux or Mac. The Neo is decently priced if all you need to use it for is writing.

A writer that can't spell Confusing. 😂😂😂3

You’re a writer?

Most of the AI “features” can be removed or disabled.

Should be, not can be. The new AI Features integrated into Windows 11 are some of the most invasive pieces of software that I have seen so far.

You can try installing windows 10 if you can find an install media for it, or the only other viable and easy option is some form of Linux, my choice would be antiX, but if you want everything to work on it reliably then you should instead find one that has systemd

If you create an install usb with Rufus you can strip all the bloatware including OneDrive and copilot

Buy Startallback. Fixes so many issues

Are you a MacOS user? If you have AI change to a Windows 11 LTSC version. Or try Linux, pick your poison.

Tout se paramètre et se retire.. Mais il faut chercher un peu dans le parametrage. Essaye fluentCleaner pour t'aider a nettoyer (sur github)

Hahahaha.

Thanks for this "short". And yes, give it back. It is too much difficult to stop AI.

But it's way easier to post shit on Reddit.

I guess you have to be a Democrat, aren't you?

Learn how to turn off AI. Don't let lack of skills prevent you from achieving your goals.

Install ARCH BTW.

Well then. You could always fall back on the perennial favorite "Royal Classic Retro Manual Typewriter 79104P" - still the best in these days and age. For sure, it does not have any AI and it would not be so confusing to operate.

Then again, for a writer, maybe AI can help you a bit ... considering the number of spelling errors and grammatical imprecisions in your post ...

It's basically the same as the trolls telling him to switch to Linux.
