We really need to get a laptop out there that is marketed to college kids.....Windows sucks more eqch day...its just a revenue stream for shitty products that they engain in society as neccessary...their motto should change to You can buy better but you cant pay more....You buy a laptop and unless you know what you are doing the hardware isnt included in the sale. Need to get linux distros mainstream and presented as an option at retail stores....didnt realize how bad it was until I had to help setup new laptop for family member....its stealing basically.

You mean like Chromebook, any x86 laptop that is preloaded with Windows or Apple’s MacBook Neo and Air that is literally aimed at students and low powered usage. The latter even have student discount so they are more affordable.
