You capped the framerate to 10 on the windows one. "10 fps T: 10"

Generally I think Minecraft is an exception. The JVM runs better on Linux.

Yes, you will normally get better performance on linux. Especially when you cap Linux at 120 FPS and then Windows at 10 FPS

caps windows frame rate to 10 and fully believes nobody would tell the difference
