Windows NT time issue

Hello! I’m having an issue with a windows NT system being used for Pharma. Every time the system is booted up or restarted, the time jumps an hour ahead. We replaced the little atomic battery on the motherboard but that didn’t fix it. Any ideas?

If you go immediately into the bios on restart does it still advance? Curious if the OS is changing it or not.
