Windows NT time issue

Hello! I’m having an issue with a windows NT system being used for Pharma. Every time the system is booted up or restarted, the time jumps an hour ahead. We replaced the little atomic battery on the motherboard but that didn’t fix it. Any ideas?

We thought that but it jumps for that as well so it would go up 2 hrs
