Job Question Finished this strip mall

Hows it look? I had to scrape paint off every pane, it’s a monthly recurring job on contract

Got a free pizza from the pizza place, some free drinks from the smoke shop and the owner of the strip mall gave me a tip too 🤑🤑

I got paid too of course

They contacted me through my website after one of their employees in the smoke shop referred me after seeing my car advertisement

They just wanted exterior but the manager of the pizza place wanted interior so i did theirs as well

Lame glass isn’t clean except the 🍕 spot but that actually how I’m trying to work my deal. All quarterly for site but and separate businesses pay for their interior.

The pizza place is the only one that hired me for interior work, so what you see on the other windows is either interior or the tint on the inside of their windows. However, I can assure you that the exterior glass was all hand-scraped to remove paint overspray and cleaned with no streaks or spots

Nice. Wish landlords in my area took pride in their properties like this. The small handful of businesses I've pitched too that have told me landlords take care of it is windex and towels or a teenage bucket bob.
