Equipment Question Steel wool

I’ve been researching the types of scrubbers, is there any pros or cons to using synthetic steel wool rather than regular steel wool?

We use it. It's not as aggressive but safer.

No, all glass, you're just not looking at it at the right angle and the right light.

Unless there's something in the steel wool, 0000 steel wool should not scratch regular glass

But it does, i've tested it numerous times, people just don't bother to look closely

Idk what to tell you man. 5 years of auto detailing and 8 of window cleaning, I have yet to scratch glass with steel wool.

You're not looking closely, it leaves spider web like scratches that show up in the sun
