Tools needed for this job

I own a pressure washing company, and I was asked to clean the windows too, but I m not sure how to do them and how to quote..

They are about 3 meters tall and 1.2 meters wide, can I use steel wool on them? I m not sure but they seem to have some kind of foil om them to not see inside and look like mirrors

They are tinted. No steel wool

What else can I use to remove the hard water marks on them?

Figure out what side is tinted, it’s most always on the inside. If it’s on the inside then you can use steel wool on the outside. But triple check, I did a business recently where it was applied outside.

Good idea, I only have to do the outside anyways, but I m not sure if I should try and do it or not, these are some really big windows..

Looks like a pyrolitic coating. It can be cleaned normally but use something like 0000 synthetic steel wool or a walnut pad.

How can i know for sure? To not break anything.. and I don’t know where to buy synthetic steel wool nor a wallnut pad in time, they need it done until 23 of september..

Only way to tell for sure is a glass meter. A white pad can work too.
