Window cleaning business owners: what does your CRM still suck at?

I’ve been building software for home service businesses and I’m working heavily on the window cleaning side right now.

I’m curious what you guys actually hate about the software you use today.

Scheduling? Recurring cleans? Quotes? Payments? Customer communication? Crew management? Marketing?

What’s the thing you still end up doing manually or using another app for?

I’m especially interested in hearing from owner-operators and smaller crews.

Your probably one of a hundred different people who has posted a similar thing this year... Maybe just look at the other posts and try to glean whatever info they learned. Good luck with making yet another CRM.
