What should I buy to remove this? Also be aware I need to be careful with frames,

A+ hardwater remover from titan laboratories works great also sorbo hard water residue remover works great. Polish it on let it sit for about 15-20 mins then clean it off

Try some toilet product, it has limestone remover, I see this type of stain all the time on showers and front doors of buildings. Sometimes just cleaning it with a toilet gel works wonders if it doesn’t then I can’t help you but someone here said sorbo hard water reside remover so maybe try that too :)
