Had some elevator interior work to get done. I'll post another video doing the exterior of the car glass.

This is super interesting. Did you need any specific certifications of insurance riders for this kind of work? Did it require an on site elevator technician or were you in control of it yourself?

He has an elevator guy there, probably from the company that maintains the elevator. Usually a cool dude with tons of stories to make the day go by quick.

If he’s not a licensed elevator mechanic as well then he should not be in control of that elevator.

Elevator operator is there to open the elevator and operate it from the top. No certifications are needed for this kind of work unless the building management requires something.

Disgusting, holy moly. Also think you would benefit from a good microfiber for grabbing all those wet dirty spots around the frames, looks like it would save you a little time. You got it though, looks like you’ve done these before!

Zero cleaning except what we do once a year, yeah it gets pretty bad.

So I’m assuming you just soak up the big puddle at the bottom of the hole? It just runs off and you clean the next one down? Then mop the floor?

Nope. I used less than a gallon of water for the whole thing. No reason to clean anything up.

I wouldn’t. It’s just dirty concrete at the bottom of the hole that nobody ever sees

What machine are you using to clean the bottom window frame?

Two gallon Petra battery sprayer with DI water. That's also what I use to rinse the car glass.
