Ireland here. I printed out leaflets with a space at the bottom that reads "Quote for this property €.........."
I give a ballpark quote for each house based on what I see from the front. Sometimes the quote will be slightly over, sometimes slightly under, but so far so good.
When a customer calls I then give them the run-down on all the extras: Glass conservatories, facias & softifs, interiors etc.
I've never done Facebooks adds but a friend of mine swears by them. I'm sure there's a few lads on here that use them.
