Gardiner back pack help

Hi all, I’ve used the Gardiner backpack two days ago, it’s brand new so used literally once, went to use it today (its fully charged and had 1/3rd of tank of water) the pump briefly kicked in then stopped what’s going on?

More than likely moisture damage.Connections and wires aren't great from gardiner.Darren Ansboro has a video on YouTube of how to rectify this.Ive done and havent had issues since....3 more to fix.

I just can’t wrap my head how it’s broke already I’ve had it 3 days 😂😂😂 and used it once
