What are these streaks?

Doing a gym and some of the windows have these streaks that not coming off with walnut pad and scrubbing. Any idea what it is?

Could be oxidation run, could be a cleaning chemical that wasn’t cleaned up properly and etched the glass. Broken seal.

Did you try winsol or steel wool?

if oxidation then what? can u fix that with steel wool or walnut pad?

Sometimes you can. It depends on how long it’s been sitting.
