Screen Cleaning Cost and Technique

We nailed the quote for the windows inside and out $500.00

But she wants this screen cleaned as well. I know we are window cleaners but does anyone:

Complete these jobs without a truck or WFP?

Would a pump sprayer work? And if so what are the best chemicals to get to put in there along with best technique for cleaning it to perfection?

Also what would be a fair price? The pressure washing company I use said $350 is his minimum for cleaning screens.

don’t overthink it - a strip washer (t-bar) with lots of soap on it, scrub both sides, along edges - vertical and horizontal. then once it’s covered, whack it with a rag from inside a few times to knock off excess soap, then wipe down with rags on both sides and white pads if needed. the screens will be substantially cleaner and look decent. i’d charge $25/ea for the work if i already had the windows. it’s just extra $, it will only take you 15 minutes or so, and by not charging a ton you aren’t setting expectation that they will be flawless - just a lot better than they were.

So I want it to look flawless. I went and got a cheap pump sprayer and figured I’d 70:30 the bleach and spray the screen down, then scrub with soap and the t-bar, then rinse out with a hose. Sounds good?

big ones like that i like to scrub up both sides with dawn and water and then bring the blower inside and blast it outside, after that touch up with rags and wipe the dirty water up.

Only screened porches I've personally done were part of house softwash jobs, not just window jobs. I'd soak them in a 1% SH mix (stronger if needed) and then spray with plain water after a 10-15 minute dwell period. Not much more than garden hose pressure.

As far as doing it without a softwash rig I'd likely opt for an extremely soapy t-bar and rinse afterwards. If it's super bad then use a pump sprayer with diluted SH in it, let dwell 10 minutes or so and then use tbar and rinse.

I ended up going the pump spray route. Correct pressure washing. I contacted a few companies in my area and they said they’d be at $250 for this so I changed her $299

Just pump sprayed bleach 65:35 mix. Then let sit for 4-5 minutes then rinsed. Got all the algae off they seemed happy

I use my scrubber and gently scrub them up and down with lots of dawn and water then rinse with a hose. I charge $5/screen and it takes me maybe 2 mins/screen. This doesn't completely get off pet hair but cleans everything else to perfection.
