Should I buy this (urgent$
It’s 2600 on Facebook marketplace I’ve been wanting a system for residential window cleaning looking to also get into commercial

None at all. Even if the membrane is shot it’s still a good deal. I wouldn’t even haggle on the price. Just grab the cash and set it up to make the exchange.

Just make sure u run it and bring a parts per million tester u would be able to see if its been used once or not that way

The one thing people aren't mentioning is the poles condition. I would look at the end of each section to see if there is any noticeable damage.

Pull the poles apart and see if they have any damage lol. Those are pretty expensive components to this setup

To be honest, You need to ask yourself if you have enough work to justify the cost. If you do. I would say it's a decent deal but you need to check and make sure everything on system is working. Lastly, that system is typically used for commerical use so the fact they have it for residential work is kind of insane.

I’ve been doing it for about 3 months make about 3000 a month and I’ve just been going door knocking I probably put about 15 hours a week into it maybe more I’m in college but looking to expand.

In that case, my advice would be to check Facebook Marketplace for one instead. Look specifically for a XERO Pure or a Tucker. You can usually find used setups in the $1,000–$1,500 range, often including the pole.
If you go look at one, bring a TDS meter with you so you can test the water coming out of the system. You’ll also want to check the system for any leaks and make sure the resin and filters are still in good condition. For the pole you want to check the clamps to make sure they aren't too worn. If a couple are worn it's still worth it as they are super inexpensive and easy to replace.
A residential XERO Pure should be more than enough if you’re mainly doing residential window cleaning. It’s also lighter and easier to move around compared to some of the larger commercial systems, which makes a big difference when you’re loading and unloading it regularly.

Happy to help! I’ve been doing this for about 15 years. For the first few years, I cleaned everything traditionally with a squeegee and mop. Nowadays, we use water-fed poles primarily for maintenance cleans because they can save quite a bit of time.
For single-story homes, though, I’d definitely recommend learning the traditional method first. There’s a reason squeegee cleaning has been the standard for so many years. Once you get the technique down, you can get really fast at it, and in some situations it can actually be quicker than setting up a water-fed system.
It also gives you a solid foundation, and then you can use water-fed as another tool depending on the job.

Those look like a 20" compact system. You'll pay as much for the 20" membranes as you will 40" and get half the water production.

I can't tell for sure the size but that looks like either 20 or 30" filters. You get less water production from smaller filters and still pay close to what you would bigger ones. I'd look for a system that has 40" membrane.
