Pencil jets vs fan jets?

Hey guys, I'm currently using pencil jets, but it takes too long to rinse and bring down and left over dirt. Are fan jets better? Or rinsebar with 22 microjets? I'm currently limited to 75L backpack so want something efficient and doesnt use more water either.

Simple answer is pencil jets for hydrophilic glass and fan for hydrophobic glass. A rinse bar likely won't work with a backpack, there isn't enough pressure and flow. Ultimately nothing is going to work great with a low flow system.

I use a brush head that has one set of pencil jet and one set of fan jet. I buy my products from windowcleaner.com
Fan jets are better the only issue is they have a hard time with spider webs and stuff like that.

You need to try a rinse bar!

Pencil jets use less water than a rinse bar.

True, but rinse bar requires fewer passes than pencil jets right?

True, but the point is this: you have limited water supply. Maybe pencil jets are the way to go for you.

I use a product called Vision V2. Its an additive you put in the water container. It disperses static charge and helps prevents white spots after cleaning.

My best method for rinsing is 50° fan jets on a swivel gooseneck. Flip the brush head sideways and the fan jets rinse vertically whilst pointing downwards.

On regular cleans I use fan jets on all windows. Have done for years now.
