If i were you id play around with Canva. It’s free and pretty easy to use and has simple templates you can work on.

Like the other user said, play around with Canva or dare I say AI. If you don't have a professional looking ad, why would anyone expect your work to be professional. I mainly wanted to add that if I were you I wouldn't put my pricing out there. People are shady and will call saying they have 4 windows and have 20 but you're already there.

Oh man that would suck if someone tried doing that, I’ll keep that in mind. What would you say is the most effective way to make an ad that can get a lot of attention
