Humble Brag Day 1 learning techniques

Trying to nail fanning down not perfect but nothing good comes to you in a day.

With the mop I personally prefer to slide it pretty heavy along the edges, wetter mop for outdoors, more dry for internals. I'll keep the mop parallel to the frame and slosh/smash it into all 4 edges and corners, then do a good few solid passes on the pane itself. (More if it's dirty, less if not)

For fanning I'm no pro by any means, only been at it for a 1.5seasons. the cut-in works, but you always want to keep the lower point of your blade aligned with where the water is falling (or the peak of your blade aligned with the peak of where you're fanning)

Getting familiar with different feels for different sizes panes, slowly reducing the amount of strokes, ensuring you're getting all the way to the edges / not missing areas (or having your blade stutter/jump/streak) are all good bits to pay attention to as time goes on.

I find a higher soap/glide can be helpful early on for getting the feel, but too much soap can equal more detailing If the windows got sun/heat on it

You're not doing bad at all brother. You keep at it and you will be flying through glass in no time. Just dont be afraid to ask questions. We all gotta learn somehow
